Check Your Seat Number, Batch Time, and Exam Instructions Online
All eligible students have been assigned a specific batch for the upcoming scholarship exam. Please use the official Seat Number Lookup page to check your seat number, assigned batch, and exam time. A separate batch email will not be sent.
What Has Changed?
In the earlier update, students were informed that batch details may be shared by email and through the Seat Number Lookup page. To make the process faster, clearer, and easier for everyone, the official Seat Number Lookup page will now be the main place where students can check their seat number, assigned batch, and exam time.
This avoids missed emails, inbox delivery issues, spelling mistakes, delayed communication, and unnecessary confusion. Students can directly check their details anytime using the same email address or mobile number used during scholarship registration.
What Every Student Must Do
Check your seat number and batch time
Go to the Seat Number Lookup page and enter your registered email address or mobile number. Use the same details you used during scholarship registration.
Read your assigned batch carefully
Every eligible student has been assigned a specific batch. You cannot choose a different batch. You must appear only during your assigned batch time.
Open the exam page at the correct time
Open the exam page only around 15 minutes before your assigned batch time. Do not visit or refresh the exam page during another student’s batch.
Keep the exam page open when instructed
The exam system has been improved to update automatically at the correct time. Do not repeatedly refresh the page unless the page itself instructs you to do so.
Step 2 Online Aptitude Test Schedule
The Step 2 Online Aptitude Test for Logical Reasoning and Analytical Ability will be conducted on:
| Batch | Exam Time | When to Open Exam Page |
|---|---|---|
| Batch 1 | 8:00 AM to 9:00 AM | Around 7:45 AM |
| Batch 2 | 11:00 AM to 12:00 PM | Around 10:45 AM |
| Batch 3 | 2:00 PM to 3:00 PM | Around 1:45 PM |
| Batch 4 | 5:00 PM to 6:00 PM | Around 4:45 PM |
| Batch 5 | 8:00 PM to 9:00 PM | Around 7:45 PM |
Please check your own batch in the Seat Number Lookup page. Do not assume your batch based only on this table.

- Read all official notices carefully before the exam.

- Do not open the exam page in multiple tabs or multiple devices.

- You entered a different email address or mobile number than the one used during registration.
- Your registration was not completed during the eligible registration period.
- You were not marked eligible for the scholarship exam.
- Your record was removed because of duplicate, invalid, or incorrect registration details.
You should contact support only if you had already received a valid seat number for the April 18 exam, but your details are now missing from the Seat Number Lookup page. In that case, include your full name, registered email address, registered mobile number, and previously assigned seat number if available.
No Individual Support for General Questions
Please read this notice carefully from start to finish. Individual support will not be provided for general questions about batch timing, seat number lookup, exam page timing, login instructions, score policy, or the scholarship process.

Frequently Asked Questions
Please read these questions before contacting support. Most student doubts are answered below.
Seat Number and Batch Lookup
1. Will I receive a separate email with my batch details?
No. A separate batch email will not be sent. Please use the official Seat Number Lookup page to check your seat number, assigned batch, and exam time.
2. How do I check my seat number and batch time?
Go to the Seat Number Lookup page and enter your registered email address or mobile number. The page will show your seat number, batch number, and batch time if your details are found and you are eligible.
3. What details should I enter on the lookup page?
Use the same email address or mobile number that you used during scholarship registration. Do not use a different email address, alternate phone number, or family member’s number unless that was the detail used during registration.
4. What if my details are not found?
First, check whether you entered the correct registered email address or mobile number. If your details are still not found, it may mean that your registration was not completed within the eligible period, you were not marked eligible, or your record was removed because of duplicate or invalid details.
5. Does “details not found” always mean there is a mistake?
No. In many cases, it means the student is not eligible, used the wrong search detail, registered after the eligible registration period, or had duplicate or invalid registration information. Please check carefully before contacting support.
6. I had a seat number earlier. What should I do if it is missing now?
If you had already received a valid seat number for the April 18 exam and your details are now missing from the lookup page, you may contact support. Include your full name, registered email address, registered mobile number, and previous seat number if available.
7. Can I get my batch changed?
No. Batch changes are not available. The batch system is being used to distribute students across the day and reduce heavy traffic at one single time. Allowing batch changes can disturb that balance.
8. Can I choose my preferred batch?
No. Students cannot choose their own batch. Each eligible student has already been assigned a batch. Please attend only during your assigned batch time.
9. Will my old seat number remain the same?
Yes. If you were already assigned a valid seat number earlier, your seat number should remain the same. Please confirm it through the Seat Number Lookup page.
10. What if my name spelling is slightly different?
If your seat number, email, mobile number, and batch details are correctly shown, a small spelling difference in your name usually should not stop you from taking the exam. Use the details shown in the lookup page and follow your assigned batch time.
Batch Timing and Exam Access
11. When should I open the exam page?
Open the exam page around 15 minutes before your assigned batch time. For example, if your exam is from 11:00 AM to 12:00 PM, open the exam page around 10:45 AM.
12. Can I open the exam page before my batch?
Please do not open the exam page much earlier than your assigned time. Opening or refreshing the exam page during other batches creates unnecessary load on the system and may affect the exam experience for other students.
13. What happens if I open the exam page too early?
You may see a message saying onboarding has not opened yet, or you may not be allowed to continue. This does not always mean your registration is cancelled. It may simply mean you are outside your assigned batch time.
14. Can I take the exam in another batch?
No. You cannot take the exam in another batch. Your seat number/session will be active only during your assigned batch window. If you open the exam page during a different batch, the system will not allow you to start the exam.
15. What if I miss my assigned batch?
Students are expected to attend during their assigned batch. If you miss your batch, access may not be available later. Please plan your schedule carefully and keep your device, internet, and power ready before your batch begins.
16. Can I keep refreshing the exam page?
No. Do not repeatedly refresh the exam page. The system has been designed to update automatically when the correct time begins. Repeated refreshes can create unnecessary load and may affect the experience for everyone.
17. Why should I not refresh repeatedly?
Every full page refresh sends a new request to the website. If many students refresh at the same time, it can place unnecessary load on the system. Keeping the page open is safer and helps the exam run more smoothly.
18. What if the page says onboarding has not opened yet?
Keep the page open and follow the message shown on the page. The exam system has been improved to update automatically when onboarding begins. Do not repeatedly refresh unless the page specifically instructs you to do so.
19. What if the page says I am not eligible?
If the page says you are not eligible, first confirm your seat number and batch through the lookup page. Make sure you are using the correct registered details and that you are trying to access the exam during your assigned batch time.
20. What if I am assigned a later batch? Should I check during earlier batches?
No. If you are assigned a later batch, your seat number/session will not be active during earlier batches. Opening or refreshing the exam page early will not help you access the exam. Please open the exam page only around 15 minutes before your own assigned batch time.
Technical Instructions
21. Which device should I use?
Use the device that is most stable for you. A laptop or desktop is usually preferred if available, but a mobile phone may also work if your internet is stable and the page opens properly.
22. Can I use my mobile phone?
Yes, you may use your mobile phone if that is your best available device. Make sure your phone is charged, your internet is stable, and you do not switch apps during the exam.
23. Can I switch devices after starting?
No. Once you start the exam, stay on the same device and browser. Switching devices can create session issues and may interrupt your exam.
24. Can I switch browser tabs?
No. Stay on the exam screen. Leaving the active exam screen, switching tabs, or using other apps may trigger exam warnings or restrictions depending on the exam system rules.
25. What if my internet disconnects?
Your device and internet connection are your responsibility. Use a stable internet connection before starting. If your internet disconnects, reconnect as quickly as possible and follow the instructions shown on the exam page.
26. What if my page freezes?
Wait briefly first. Do not panic and do not repeatedly refresh. If the page remains frozen, follow the message shown on the screen. Repeated refreshes or opening multiple tabs can create additional problems.
27. Should I use VPN?
No. Please avoid using VPN during the exam. A VPN can create location, speed, or connection issues and may cause the exam system to behave unexpectedly.
28. Should I use multiple devices?
No. Use only one device and one browser. Opening the exam on multiple devices can create session conflicts and may prevent you from completing the exam properly.
29. Should I open the exam page in multiple tabs?
No. Open the exam page in only one tab. Multiple tabs can create session issues and unnecessary load on the exam system.
30. What if I accidentally refresh during the exam?
If you accidentally refresh once, wait for the page to load and follow the instructions shown. Do not repeatedly refresh. Stay on the same device and browser.
April 18 Score and Fresh Exam
31. I submitted on April 18. Is my score safe?
Yes. If you successfully submitted the April 18 exam, your score is saved in the records.
32. Do I have to take the fresh exam again?
No. If you successfully submitted on April 18, your earlier score remains on record. You may still take the fresh exam if you want another opportunity.
33. What happens if I take the fresh exam also?
If you submitted on April 18 and also take the fresh exam, both scores will be recorded. The higher score will be used for qualification purposes.
34. Will the higher score be used?
Yes. For students who submitted on April 18 and also take the fresh exam, the higher of the two scores will be used for qualification purposes.
35. Will April 18 scores be shown before the fresh exam?
No. April 18 scores are not planned to be released separately before the fresh exam. They remain saved and will be handled as part of the qualification process.
36. Will the fresh exam use the same questions?
No. The fresh exam will use a new question paper for fairness.
37. What if I could not take the April 18 exam?
The fresh exam gives affected students a full and fair opportunity to take the Step 2 Online Aptitude Test under the revised batch schedule.
Support and Communication
38. Will support answer general questions?
No. Individual support will not be provided for general questions already answered in this notice. Students must read the official notice carefully.
39. Why is individual support not provided for general doubts?
This scholarship exam is a free community initiative, and all required information has been published in one place. Answering repeated general questions individually creates unnecessary delays and makes it harder to identify genuine issues.
40. When can I contact support?
Contact support only if your issue is not answered anywhere in this notice, or if you had already received a valid April 18 seat number but your details are now missing from the Seat Number Lookup page.
41. What information should I include if I contact support?
Include your full name, registered email address, registered mobile number, and previous seat number if available. Do not send incomplete messages like “my exam is not opening” without your registration details.
42. Should I rely on WhatsApp, Instagram comments, or friends?
No. Please rely only on official website notices and official pages. Messages from friends, social media comments, or unofficial groups may be incomplete or incorrect.
43. Where should I check official updates?
Check the official website notice/update pages and the Seat Number Lookup page. These are the official places for scholarship exam instructions.
44. What if I do not read the notice and miss an instruction?
Students are responsible for reading the official instructions carefully. Missing an instruction because you did not read the notice will not be treated as a support issue.
45. Will last-minute questions be answered?
General last-minute questions will not be answered individually. Please read this full notice before your exam time and follow the instructions provided here.
Final Reminder
