Exam Day Guide

Scholarship Exam Flow: Step-by-Step Guide

Please read this carefully before exam day so you know exactly what to expect. The goal is to make the full process easy to follow from check-in to final submission.

Important: If you open the exam page before 7:15 PM, the input field may not be active yet. In that case, you must refresh the page after 7:15 PM so the check-in field appears and becomes active. Please note that check-in closes at 7:30 PM sharp; if you are late, you won’t be able to take the exam.

How the Exam Flow Works

1

Open the exam page early

You may open the exam page before the check-in window begins, but the check-in process only opens at 7:15 PM. If you visit the page before 7:15 PM, the input field may not be active yet. In that case, you must refresh the page after 7:15 PM to continue.

2

Check in with your email or seat number

Once check-in opens, enter either the same email address used during scholarship registration or your seat number. After entering the correct details, you will be asked to accept the Terms & Conditions. Once completed, the system will confirm that you are checked in.

3

Stay on the waiting screen

After check-in, the exam does not start immediately. You will remain on a waiting screen until the official exam start process begins.

4

Controlled queue begins at 7:30 PM

At 7:30 PM, the exam admission process begins. Students are not all allowed in at the exact same second. Instead, the system uses a short controlled queue so the website does not overload. Some students may enter almost immediately, while others may wait briefly. That is normal. All students will get full 1 hour to take the exam.

5

Click Start Exam as soon as it appears

Once the system admits you, a Start Exam button will appear. Click it to begin. At that point, the system will request fullscreen mode and launch your exam. Please click Start Exam as soon as it appears and do not delay unnecessarily.

6

Stay on the same device and browser

Once your exam begins, stay on the same device and same browser throughout the session. Do not switch to another phone or laptop, reopen the exam in another browser, or try to continue the same exam somewhere else.

7

Answer each question before moving forward

During the exam, you must answer the current question before moving to the next one. Skipping ahead without answering is not allowed. Read each question carefully, choose your answer, and then move forward.

8

Submit after all questions are answered

Once you finish answering all questions, submit the exam. After submission, your responses are recorded and the session ends.

Keep your seat number ready

Eligible students have already been sent their seat numbers by email. If you cannot find your seat number, use the seat number lookup page before the exam begins.

Use only one device

Choose the device you want to use before starting the exam, and stay on that same device throughout the full session.

Keep your internet stable

A stable internet connection is strongly recommended. Avoid changing networks, switching browsers, or leaving/refreshing the page.

Frequently Asked Questions

You should refresh the page after 7:15 PM so the check-in field appears and becomes active.

Where is my seat number?
Eligible students have already been sent their seat number by email. If you cannot find it, use the seat number lookup page.
What if I enter my details and it says registration not found?
That usually means one of these: you entered the wrong email address, entered the wrong seat number, made a typing mistake, or you are not in the final eligible student list for the exam. Please check your spelling carefully and try again.
What happens after I accept the Terms & Conditions?
You will be checked in and placed on the waiting screen until the official exam start time.
Why am I waiting after checking in?
That is normal. Check-in opens earlier, but the exam itself begins later.
What happens at 7:30 PM?
At 7:30 PM, the controlled admission process begins. Students are admitted gradually so the website does not overload.
Why am I seeing a queue?
The queue is normal. It helps prevent all students from entering the exam at the exact same second.
Does waiting in the queue mean something is wrong?
No. A short wait is expected. If you checked in correctly before the cutoff, you remain eligible even if you are admitted slightly after 7:30 PM. You will get full 1 hour to take exam regardless of queue.
Will everyone start at exactly 7:30 PM?
No. Students are admitted gradually through the queue.
Will the camera be required?
No camera is required unless you are specifically told otherwise.
Can I take the exam on my phone?

What if I do not click Start Exam when it appears?
You should click it as soon as it appears, otherwise it will close in 2 minutes.
What if my internet disconnects briefly?
Reconnect as quickly as possible using the same device and browser. Do not try to restart the exam somewhere else or refresh the page.
What happens when I finish the exam?
Once you answer all questions, submit the exam. After submission, your responses are recorded and the session ends.
